Never really do reviews, but I had to come on here and do this one, I was amazed how fast and great his services was, my car was left in Cleveland downtown in the flats couldn’t find a towing truck to come this fast on a week day, Alexis the owner knowing my situation, came and figured out what happened to my car and turned it on quickly for me. Thank for your tow services I will definitely return for your services he also is a great mechanic . My friend recommended him she been coming to fix her car with him for five years. He knew exactly what was the issue to my car and immediately fixed it.

for their service, they absolutely deserve a five star review because they really came through during an emergency - but there was one issue which was they really did price gouge us. But My Husband spoke to them and they were able to be reasonable financially. But if it wasn’t for that, it would easily be a five star review. We were traveling with six kids and an elderly person in our old RV. And our back tire had a valve stem that rotted and we weren’t gonna be able to make it home - three hours away. And this was at 9 PM at night On a Saturday. I called the company. The owner said they could do it. We got to their shop. The owner wasn’t there, but the person who was there said that they could not do it. But I had him talk to the owner and then suddenly they were able to do it. They gave the kids a place to hang out and watch TV and we got to pet a lot of stray kittens that hang around the shop. They were super hospitable to all the kids. For a bunch of guys in the shop, I was really amazed at how good they were with the kids. As you can imagine six cranky tired kids late at night who just wanna go home and we had three hours of drive to get home still after an hour of the tire being worked on. There’s a lot to put up with, but they were great about it. They really did a excellent job on the tire valve stem too. Not to mention, they were super kind and amazing people. My husband had to help a little bit and we had to use our own jack but it all worked out. And given the circumstances, I would say God even sent them our way. And in short time we were back on the road. Like I said the only snafu was they wanted to charge us $200 for Changing the valve stem. Checking around everyone else quotes us somewhere between $20 and $50 if we were able to come in the next day. Ultimately, we talked about it with them and they charges us $120. But we were very grateful to be on our way home and we made it safe. And that would not have happened if it were not for them being willing to make an exception and do a service that they don’t normally do. Even the fact that they were open late was What made it worth it. That’s the way we see it.
